Settle down, I'm measuring it with my vernier caliper. I need to know the size of your bonce so I can multiply it x 6 and then make a big version.

First step is to create the form

Then fill all the holes with weld,

which is quite a long process.

Time to grind the welds smooth and spoil the serenity

It is starting to come together, I have got a few ideas that I need to explore, some decisions to make and a few problems to solve. The process of scaling up these pieces has presented many interesting challenges, and it is my job to work these out and make the decisions that will allow the project to flow and become a reality.

I am happy with how it is all going and I am learning lots!
